The six things Dr. Foudy measures
All of it is part of the $129 first visit exam bundle, along with your digital X-rays and the Report of Findings.
- Dual postural scales. Weight-bearing differential, head tilt, shoulder level, pelvic rotation. It is common to discover you carry ten more pounds on one side.
- Range of motion. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar - measured with a protractor.
- Neurological and orthopedic testing. Wartenberg pinwheel for the dermatomes, reflex testing at the knee and Achilles.
- Diagnostic surface electromyograph. A detailed review of your nervous system, read level by level.
- Digital X-rays. AP, lateral, and AP open-mouth for headache cases.
- Motion palpation. Validates the scan live, so you feel exactly what the screen shows.
Then the Report of Findings
You come back and Dr. Foudy walks you through it: what is actually going on, how he will treat it, how long it will take, and what it will cost. All four questions, answered against your own images.

How long does the first visit take?
Plan on about 45 minutes, a bit longer if there is a lot to talk through. Dr. Foudy explains what he is doing as he does it.
What should I bring?
Your ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any imaging or reports from other providers. Wear something you can move in. If you have a spouse or partner who asks the questions you forget to ask, bring them to the Report of Findings.
Will I get adjusted on the first visit?
Often yes, once the exam is complete. The full picture - including X-ray review - is what the Report of Findings visit is for.
What is a Report of Findings?
A second visit where the diagnosis, the treatment plan, the timeline, and the cost are laid out against your own images and scans. You decide what to do with the information.
What if my condition needs a different specialist?
Dr. Foudy tells you at the first visit and refers you to the right one. That answer comes at the beginning, not after ten visits.
Do you see kids?
Dr. Foudy sees patients of all ages and matches technique to the patient, including low-force instrument options like the Activator method.
How do I get the best results from care?
